What we collect

When you order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and the design you create (colors, text, and images you upload) — everything needed to make and deliver your shoes. If you create an account we also store your saved designs and order history.

How we use it

To produce and ship your order, send order updates, and support you if something goes wrong. Your design and shipping details are shared with our manufacturing partner solely to make your order. Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

We send transactional emails about your orders. We don't sell your personal information.

Your uploads

Logos and images you upload are stored so your designs render, print, and can be reordered. Delete a saved design from your account and its personalization goes with it; completed order records are retained for production and warranty history.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less page analytics to understand which pages are used. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels.
