Your marks, your call
Somebody is going to want your logo on a pair of shoes. Better that you decide that than we guess — so tell us once who you are and what is yours, and your teams design freely while everybody else is still stopped at the door.
Free, and read by a person — usually within a day or two.
Every pair is looked at before it is made
Not spot-checked. Every design goes into a review queue, a person looks at it, and anything carrying a mark the customer has no business using is sent back before a shoe is cut. That happens whether or not you ever register with us. Registering is how we tell your teams apart from everybody else.
Your teams stop getting stopped
The people you name design with your marks and go straight through — no letters, no back and forth with a coach who only wanted the team in their own colors.
You say who, and for how long
Name who may design under it, by email. Put an end date on it to match a license term. Put it on hold the day somebody leaves.
One organization, every team
Approval belongs to you, not to a store or a roster. Every team under you is covered, this season and next — nobody proves it again because a new coach started something new.
What it takes
- 1Tell us who you areThe organization, a contact, your website, and what you are asking to use — in your own words, not a form full of fields that do not fit.
- 2Show us you mayA letter of authorization on your own paper, a licensing agreement, or a trademark registration. Whichever matches how you actually hold it.
- 3Name your peopleThe coaches, the booster club, whoever designs. By email, so you can add them before they have ever opened an account here.
Then a person reads it. If something is missing you will be told what, rather than getting a no with nothing to act on.

- Does this cost anything?
- No. Approval is free, and it is not a licensing deal — we are not buying rights from you or selling them to anybody. It only tells our review which designs you have authorized.
- Does approving us mean you will print anything with our logo on it?
- No. It means designs from the people you named go through instead of being held. Everything is still reviewed, and anything that looks wrong is still stopped and raised with you.
- Can we withdraw it?
- At any time, and it takes effect immediately. You can also set an end date up front so it lapses on its own when a license does.
- What happens to our paperwork?
- It goes to private storage, is never linked publicly, and is opened by a reviewer through a link that expires in ten minutes. It is not shown to customers or to anybody outside the review.
- Somebody is already using our marks here. What now?
- Tell us below. We would rather hear it from you than find out later, and anything still in production stays there until we have looked.

Found your marks on something you did not authorize?
You do not need an account, and you do not need to have registered with us. Tell us what is yours and where you saw it, and a person takes it from there.
