Custom, made-to-order products

Every product is manufactured to your design after you order. Because each pair is one of one, orders can be edited or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase — after that your design enters production and the order is final.

You are responsible for reviewing your design (spelling, numbers, colors, and uploaded images) before checking out. What you see in the design studio is what we print.

Your uploads

By uploading a logo, icon, or image you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us a license to reproduce it solely to manufacture your order. We may decline to produce designs containing content that infringes third-party rights or that we consider hateful, obscene, or unlawful.

School and team marks belong to their owners. If you order on behalf of a team or school, you confirm you're authorized to use its name and logos.

Delivery

Made-to-order products typically deliver in about three weeks. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees — production and carrier delays can add time, and we'll keep you updated by email.

Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted versus your approved design, we'll replace it free — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. Because products are custom-made, we can't accept returns for sizing or change-of-mind; double-check the size guide before ordering.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
